Pastor Jesse and Norma Alvarez have been serving at Valley Life Community Church since August 2018. They came to VLCC after serving for fourteen years as Lead Pastors in Oxnard, California. With a fervor to serve the Lord. Pastor Jesse and Norma, love seeing lives changed by Jesus Christ within the community. Jesse and Norma have been married for thirty years; they have two lovely daughters, Bethany, and Kayla Alvarez.
